 Anybody have a video of such a thing occurring?  I want to see if it's something worth trying or if it'll just look gay, but I can't find any videos.

People used to do them in the early 2000s, but they're hard to make look good. If you can frontflip and you can mute grab they're pretty easy. Just like doing one on a trampoline. I've seen a few switch mute fronts the last few years, and those look really rad.
