Ok so I know how you can get different thicknesses but while I was searching for HDPE I found all these types of how dense it was? Just wondering if this matters at all to skiing on it?
Any density of HDPE is fine.. considering HDPE stands for "High Density Poly Propylene". However, the denser it is the longer it will hold and it'll be less likely to chip. I've had my HDPE for one season though and it doesnt have a single scratch.. its strong stuff.
Also, If your planning on using it for a box, i'd recommend putting coping on the sides.. the edges of my plastic have gotten pretty chopped up from use.
