i remeber this from a year or two ago, still as fucked up as i remember it. i would have never even talked to this guy, if he yelled that at me, i woulda been like "fuck you bastard! read that lift ticket!" and if i was still 7 and shy, my dad would have done the same thing. now i would have punched him in the face and skiied away

Would anyone care to explain to someone from a country where that sort of stuff would get tossed out to shit and ignored how this is possible? What grounds can you sue on for something like that? If this can happen that means people must sue each other whenever there is a crash on the mountain...

I love America 90% of the time, but i HATE the sue culture.

In New Zealand you waive any right to sue someone for personal injury, loss of income ect due to someone being negligent.
