Anyway... paint it with the original colors, and make it good. It will look fresh and pimpin', and it will re-sell like Jesus.

do it like plaid... you`ll need a shit load of tape but it would look sweet, but make sure to go with flashy colours... and dont forget a bed in the back with a disco ball... theres this car in my hometown thats painted like that, its sick!
