If you're selling a burger in writing, then you should probably sell them a bridge next. Who buys a burger by correspondence? Unbelievably dumb question. Particularly since upselling is a matter of narrowing the choices to two and then letting the customer make the final call so you're not ordering for them.

why do you need to do that all the customer does is grab their $12 burger and walk to check out. i dont get the point of this. but back to the question. just ask if they are haveing a good day, hows the slopes ect. then just recomend a burger
