HTC evo phone

my 2 year plan for sprint is up at the start of june and i get a free new phone upgrade! prob gonna get the HTC evo pro, the phone is absolutely bananas. displays in 720p HD, has an hdmi output so i can put whatever i shoot with the 8.0 megapixel cam on an HD tv, and has a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front. 1ghz processor, 1gb memory, etc etc. 4.3 inch display, runs flash, and best of all, its gonna be on a 4g network and is gonna be fast as balls. i hope. oh and it runs android apps

how are you getting 15 hrs? mine is lasting me like 12 and im barely using any battery eating services. whatd you do to conserve bat life?

I would keep an eye on what apps keep running in the background. I wouldn't say i do anything special to make mine last a few extra hours... just make sure you turn off stuff like wifi when you go for a drive and maybe check to see how often your widgets update themselves.

got mine last nite at 11 pm - SO STOKED its blazing fast - still benchmarks slightly under the nexus but once i re-root and drop sense its gonna be too hot to handle.

just got this phone. couldn't be happier with it, hardware wise it is amazing, i havent had any problems at all besides the weak battery. I dont have 4g where i currently am and it is still pretty fast. I have a car charger for it so i can charge it while driving, while on the computer, and from my house in the living room. definitely recommend the car charger as well as a case for it, I haven't dropped and yet so im not sure how it handles that, it doesn't look like the kind of phone you wanna drop though.

such a sick phone, imo its great to see that android phones now have more market share than iOS phones.

unfortunately, a lot of the general public still thinks apple=god, and that the iphone is teh shit.
