I'm putting a pare of FKS 140's on my LIBtech NAS jibs. Unless anyone has a better suggestion, or a horror story to tell about them. From what i hear their tanks though.

they don't have the steel toe piece, but they should be pretty reliable. if you want the steel you'll have to step to the 180's.

yeah i dont get why hed need to remove the outer covering or skin of with a knife or similar instrument from FKS 140s.

a better idea would be the 180s or some 155s. these should suffice though.

yeah that's what was nice about the 155s. you got the awesome steel toe piece and you also got a more normal and versatile din range. now with the new ones you have to get the 10-18 bindings if you want the steel toe. there are plenty of people who could use the steel toe and have no business using a 10-18 binding. it would have been smart for them to make the 140's available with the steel toe piece.
