Replying to Suction cup mounts

so today i filmed my friend longboarding from my car i hung my camera from the rearviee by the neck strap and followed him down the hill keeping the cam steady with one hand and driving with the other footage was smooth but on anything bigger than youtune u can see all the shit on my winshield, and at some points there is glare So i heard about suction cup mounts and wad wondering if anybody had experience with them ik they can hold my cam and ik some can be used outside of the car What im wondering is if there is like a speed/weight combo limit if i were to mount it on the hood and/or if anyone has any experience with this?
