Black SUV was most likely in opposing traffic, tried to stop suddenly and swerved over the median and stopped sideways in the left turn lane in front of the white car. Being that the white car is significantly lower than the suv, when it went to stop suddenly, the front lowered a bit because of the force of stopping, making the front just low enough to wedge under the suv. But because it was probably going 30 mph to make that left turn light, went pretty far underneath.

Totally plausible.

hmmm, salt lake drivers... doesn't surprise me. literally when any kind of acclimate weather happens (which you wouldn't think so living in UTAH and everything), everyone loses their ability to drive. it is insane how bad drivers are here.

i saw a gnarly crash today too, it was a car that looked like it had rolled off the road into a tree. like 3 cop cars, an ambulance, and a news car were there. sketchy stuff

I can see how that could happen..my last day in SLC for the school year 2 cars ended up on trax and got hit by a train. People suck at driving in Utah.

today i was in boston. in front of trinity church, one of more famous churches in boston, was a square area that you would normally find in a city type area. this area of course was only for pedestrians, no cars allowed. but, to my surprise, a silver VW station wagon pulled in and tried actually parking in front of the church in this area. i get a better angle to see the driver, and whattya know, not only was this person a woman, but asian as well. i almost didnt believe my eyes, for if there is anyone who says stereotypes arent true, then youre just flat out wrong. this confirms everything about asian driving ever said.

see the area with all the people walking? the asian lady tried parking there

the black car probably jumped that median curb a little bit, and the white car was unfortunately placed right under it when it came crashing down.

stereotypes exist for areason... they're generally true.

about a month ago i was getting off the interstate on the off ramp and coming up the off ramp in the wrong direction is an asian guy. Who once i waved him over and told him to get on the on ramp on the other side of the freeway, i found out he hardly spoke english. thank god it was light traffic that day lol.

not too hard to figure out, tons of horrendous drivers drive these huge trucks creating an extra hazard (on top of the normal dangers of driving) for anybody who chooses to not waste an extra twenty thousand dollars on an unnecessarily large vehicle that thrashes the environment to boot
