The movie was made in 2009 and has been shown at film festivals in Austin, Montreal, and Brussels, and I got word that it will also be included at this year's Another Hole in the Head in SF.

I've already seen it... What's crazy is, that trailer, though it shows SO MUCH already, only shows very little of the gnar that this film portrays...

Seriously... some of the shit in that movie is just insane... i had to turn my head during so much of it... it's fucking RIDICULOUS...

That said. its a really really good movie. Interesting theme too. Sickening... but interesting...



Whats insane? This movie isnt even close to as gross as this other one I saw that came out of Romania... circa 1995. it detailed child smut porn shit... THAT was the grossest thing i've ever seen...

I just finished watching the film and I think I need to take a 3-day shower. The trailer doesn't hold a candle to what actually happens. In all honesty, believe the hype. I've seen a lot really fucked-up movies in my time and this takes the cake without question. The last 15 minutes is easily the most disturbing piece of cinema you'll ever watch. I can't imagine too many people here having the stomach to sit through Serbian Film in its entirety, so be warned. Seriously, there's a ton of fucked-up shit here.

And I'm not sure if I mentioned it, but this movie is very well made. High production value and a well-developed mysterious plot. After a few minutes, you become immune to all the fucking you see (there is a lot).
