So I just bought a 86 chevy G van.  The headliner is falling down and I was wondering how much it would cost to have it fixed.  Anyone got any ideas?

you mean that cloth shit on the roof?

its called a Hawaiian headliner. learn to love it.

you could also try dots of super-glue to fix it yourself.

but i think it would be more money than its actually worth to fix

P.S. isnt that the A-TEAM van? i wish i had one of those. its like the most badass automobile ever.

high hundreds/low thousands if done right. thats only because it fuckin SUCKS to do anything that gravity has a hand in.
if you can pull it out without it crumlbing do that - then super glue. although if you can pull it out anyway just put up some new shag carpet!

its likely a big ass chunk of cardboard material with felt glued on. if the underlying panel is in decent shape, you can take it out, get new felt from jo ann fabrics, and glue it back up. It is a pain in the ass, ive done it multiple times, but its not really usually that hard. prolly requires pulling some interior trim off. also, typical spray adhesive wont work that great. gotta get the industrial kind. it looks like a mix of spider webs and jizz, but holy fuck it will hold. i wish i could remember the name, but the label is peeled.
