you sound like you do that stuff yourself so it should be right.
i am not saying that this "technique" was used here, but with the obvious pro-like resolution of these pics, wouldnt it be possible to make a post-production zoom into the original timelapse? like its not a 100% zoom, only like 5-10%.
because i did a pic-seggie a few years back and to have it a little more "dynamic", i zoomed into the pics, moved over them and zoomed out. the pics were maybe 5-6 MP.
