Dumbest injury you've gotten

now i know there are people out there who have been put out of commission due to legit injuries, but i'm wondering how many of you had to take leave because of a really stupid injury? for example, i was out for over a month due to bruising in the foot from slipping out of a hot tub and catching it under a metal fence. it was a little puncture wound, but because it was on the inside of the foot on the bone, i couldn't put a ski boot on. what are your stupid injuries from this year?

I was out at big sky. decided to do a back flip into the pool at the hotel i was at and i lay out to much and smack my head on the cement split my head open, spray blood all over the place run up to the room where my dad is (sleeping) yelling "DAD DAD!"  and he just said. Aw fuck. and i got in the shower and went back to the place to pick up my clothes just to meet the angery front desk fag cleaning the blood off the walls and plastic chairs.

Jump off the jungle gym and landed on my feet but the force I guess fracutured both my arms and my wrist only Kole 4 ft drop first day of 3rd grade I'm now in 10th for no confusment

hanging on a chin up bar in my doorway. I was doing some flips onto my feet and i got about two or 3 perfectly. somehow all 115 pounds of me broke all the bolts in the bar causing me to land headfirst on the floor. fractured spine, ski season done and no actual movement for a little while.

not from this year but i tried to jump from a far distance to the monkey bar so i can swing myself to the platform, little did i know that a fat ass who was mad sweaty was on just before i went. so i ran, jumped, hands slipped off the bar, i put my arm behind my back and crunch. landed on it facturing it pretty bad. thank god it wasn't during ski season. another one was i was hitting this jump on blades to do misty 5 mute and as i went down the ramp my blade got caught in this little crack and i twisted it and it got sprained. I saw my leg twisted on the ground and i twisted it back and i heard a huge crunch and then i shrieked in pain. fuck me

I was on a ferry when I was 15 where a bunch of college guys were trying to impress the female crowd by doing pull ups on a ledge at the back of the boat. They were all only managing to do a few reps, so I pushed my way to the front preparing to amaze the girls with a dozen pull ups. But i was too excitedly hurried on the first rep and instead of putting my chin over the ledge, I bashed my mouth on it and broke out my two front teeth.

But my plan didn't fail completely, because several of the girls ran over when I fell on my back and stayed with me for the rest of the trip while I held a bloody ice pack in my mouth.

so this past december i dislocated my shoulder...no big deal after two weeks i decide fuck it im not gna wear my sling anymore and my dads a doctor so he gave me a good pt workout to do on my own and by feb things were looking good...i had also been skiing with it since it happened i just wore the sling while i skied...so anyway march roles around and im gettin down on this chick in her car and she pushes me down and i fall to the floor of the car but my arm was still propped on the seat...when she jumped on top of me my shoulder went pop! and all that work went straight out the window and i hard to start all over again

i was really sick last year and hadnt eaten for days. i had strained my meniscus a few weeks before. i went to the hospital and they ran blood tests. after they drew my blood i was walking down the hallway and passed out, and fully tore my meniscus on the fall. sweet.

smashed my big toe with like 60lbs of wood while making a cupboard for my mom and the nail is slowly pealing off.

Also during the summer at hood, my friend tried to jump over one of the rows of seats in the van we where in and he tore up some shit in his knee and couldnt ski basically for the rest of the trip. I would call that pretty stupid.

I wasgoing down a hill, came up to a roller, decided to noli it, i didnt know the snow was soft their cause it was hard everywhere else,. So i nolied ski tips got caught, i went head first, and broke my thumb (skier  pole thumb) and need surgery

I was sliding across the floor on a giant pillow. And the pillow got stuck on the floor so I smacked my face, chipped a tooth, and got 12 stitches in my chin. I also couldn't eat solid food for like 2 weeks.

I jumped through a glass door in a bar whilst pissed...

had to get stitches on my shin from the glass gashing me.

was right where the ski boot is SO had to miss a week. BUMMER.

a girl in my math class did the exact same thing.


i cut my foot open pretty bad over the summer skating around barefoot. it was retarded. i wast even moving and i stumbled a little and scraped my foot across some pavement, i look down and there is just no more skin anymore.

Rode my bike home from a party. Of course i was wasted.I hit a tree and passed out .Got picked up by the police just because some guy living there thought it was a good idea to call them. They took me to the hospital to check me for alcohol and brought me home afterwards. I woke up the next morning couldn't remember a thing and my whole body hurt like hell. It's nice not knowing what happend, but gettin told, just because my brother knows the officer who found me.

My advice:  Try to stay away from trees when you bike wasted.

I was dreaming that I was fighting with someone. Then this guy was like, oh it doesnt hurt. I remember i kicked him as hard as possible, but instead of kicking him I kicked the wall next to my bed. I broke one toe and it hurt like a bitch, i woke up screaming. The next nights I moved the bed to the middle of the room.

When i was five i was jumping between two beds on one of those toy jumping balls:Click for larger image this minus the dora the explora logo it was orange,so i was jumping between these two beds right and these wernt like super nice expensive bed framed beds they were pretty similar to this[IMG]rogersandvaughan.co.uk/products_images/Alpen%2520Metal%2520Bed.jpg[/IMG] so i was jumping and jumping and since i was a little dumb five year old i ended up flipping, almost, i got to where my forehead went straight into the metal siding on the bed ended up going to the hospital for some reason the anesthetics didn't work so me the little five year old kid had to get 13 stiches in his forehead awake but luckily i got a panda out of it so i was happy
