Haha....Fail!
Ok, they might work to some degree but it has fuck all to do with vibration or anything else like that. This I can guarantee you.
They don't say what they mean by vibration and how they 'modify' it (probably because they're a bunch of idiots who don't have a clue what they're talking about). They could be talking about vibration from a Physics point of view, i.e. on a molecular/atomic or sub-atomic level. The only way to alter this in a human is to change their temperature so unless the thing cooks you or freezes you this isn't going to happen.
Or on a larger scale they could be talking about vibration from an Engineering perspective and mean the frequency response of your body as a whole. The only way to change this would be to either get a lot heavier/lighter or get really ripped/fat. That will change you body's frequency response a bit.
Either way there is no way a hologram can do any of this, its complete bullshit. For that matter, neither can those stupid magnet bands that were around a few years ago.
Any effect that is perceived will be due to something like a Placebo effect, fuck all to do with vibrations.
And you can't 'embed' frequencies in something. This is just complete crap. As is everything else about this gimmick.
If you truly believe in this crap then go and buy one, the Placebo (or similar) effect it causes may help you out. Or if you got an ounce of common sense just keep your money and laugh at anybody who's got one.
