i already said, people understand that the swat team itself didnt choose to go raid the house probably. yes, someone above them made that decision. they screwed up. there was ALSO a screw up when they raided the house and shot a dog for no reason. stop with this bullshit "they were going by the book, it doesnt matter if one was in a cage or how big it was, they could have posed a "thread' (whatever that means)" actually, it does matter. the swat "book" doesnt include running into a house and shooting a dog for no reason that poses no threat.

love that some people so blindly trust authority that when a bunch of d bags in body armor run into a house to find POT and shoot a dog 7 times in front of a kid, and find basically nothing, you still defend them. talk about the blind leading the blind

i just watched the video again and im laughing trying to imagine one of you mindless idiots watching it and trying to defend the actions of those small dicked fatasses playing army while they storm the house.

they shot 2 dogs, one of which was a corgi. now i dont know if youve ever seen a corgi but it is basically a cat. there is literally no way the thing could hurt you if youre wearing the 50 pounds of swat/army dress up wear those fucktards were wearing.

in the end they found a very small amount of pot, a pipe, and a grinder. this kind of shit happens a LOT every single day. now i DARE one of you idiots to try to defend what happened there. seriously, try.

that's right, i forgot, everyone on ns is a criminal expert. People who are anti-police will always be so, and i'm not going to bother trying to argue it.

In the end, bad things happen. They always have, and they always will. You saying fuck the police, and me defending them won't change anything. All i can say is i'm not bothered by it.

Though I failed to see where they shot the dog in front of the kid. I only saw them escort the kid and mother out. Though i skimmed parts of the video and probably missed some, so if someone could direct me to it, i'd like to see it myself. I don't doubt they did it, but i just want to see it.


as for the dog, to the police, it's not part of the family. If it's getting in the way, it gets shot. End of story.

i'm not addressing your argument simply because it won't go anywhere. I read it, i respect your views and opinions, but in the end, i have things more worthy of my time than arguing about something that doesn't effect me with someone i don't know. You make valid points, and i'm not saying the cops are totally right, and i agree that they did overstep what they were supposed to do, and there were fuck ups. I don't believe this condemns every cop in the country and the entire system though.

why dont you just shut the fuck up you heartless piece of shit. In no way did those dogs deserve any of that. When the police open the door, the dog clearly doesnt attack. They just shoot it immediately, they dont even give it a chance, then let it cry in pain for 30 seconds before emptying a clip into it.

thank you. i never condemned every cop in the country. we need cops.. but there's no denying that there are plenty of them that are complete d bags. now this doesnt mean i think we should regard all cops as d bags, but it DOES mean that people need to use their brains before blindly defending things like this

I don't know the situation. I wasn't there with the police. Nor do i extensively know the standard operating procedure for SWAT teams. I don't know if the cops killed it just to get it to be quiet, or if there was more to it. For all i know, they may have killed it just to get it to shut up so they could hear each others. SWAT teams are not to be fucked with though, and they do what they need to. What is clear here is that they either weren't supposed to use this much force, or someone exaggerated the extent of the possible crimes.

Not a problem. I can respect a good response such as yours, it's just all the "fuck the police!" responses that kinda get to me. I know quite a few cops, and have been to a few funerals of officers who were shot by criminals for the most minor of offenses, in which no one should even be hurt in the slightest.

And god only knows how many douche bag cops there are. My school consists of a lot of future cops/criminal justice majors, and you can tell from the second they come in if they are going to be a power tripping douche. It sucks, but it's like that in many professions. It only comes out the most in cops.
