What Song is this?

I hear it all the time at clubs, and I want to know the name of it.

All I know about it is the chorus which says "Hey-E-Aaaa, Hey-E-Aaaaa"
Its got a somewhat fast paced beat (good song in the club)
And the singer sort of sounds like Kevin Lyttle, although it's not him.
The beat is similar to Carry Out by Timbaland, and has a sort of Middle Eastern feel to it like Arab Money

Haha not outkast.....

I wish I knew more of the words to the song, it literally sounds like "Hey E A a"

Hopefully someone will see this and know what I'm talking about....Its like a girly black man that sings it (like I said somewhat like Kevin Lyttle)
