had to go to school, but my spanish party was LEGIT. Jack in the box tacos, taquitos, the most amazing queso dip ever, homemade brownies, multiple homemade cakes, just all around amazing. and it was a half day.

yes they do. It was a very big day for them. Most think it is Mexican independence day, which is completely wrong. Thats September 16th. Cinco de Mayo is actually the day that they beat the french army. According to the Mexicans work with, everyone celebrates for like a week
