I have landed my first backflip perfectly, I was at tremblant, I knew it was my last day of skiing for the season and without thinking, I went on the bigest jump and I try it, I don't know if its because of trampoline but I land it corectly and guys that saw me tolm me that it was nice, I tried it other times and I have always land it. Even if I already did it, i'm still afraid of doing it, it's freaking me out to know that my head will pass under me.. ,
I suggest you to do it a lot of time on trampoline and when you will feel okay, do it on snow

I'm gonna try a switch backflip next year. Those are like 10 times as sick as normal backs.

i wanna land a regular backflip. I tryed one the last day and fell and my back hurt to much to try again, if i tryed again i think i couldve landed it.

I nailed my first one, Here is the secret:
1)you don't need an insanely huge kicker to do one
2)get plenty of speed
3)right as you go off, pretende that the hottest chick you have ever seen was right in front of you
4) as you approach the lip, thrust your hips into her, and throw your head back
5)DON'T STOP LOOKING UNTILL YOU LAND

my first......
my friends and i hike up to this place called 'lone pine' they told me that these highschool kids built a perfect kicker. so we get up there, its a good kicker and my friend goes and lands one perfect. then they finally get me to try one. so i do it and i land it pretty good, but when im coming down my pole hits my chest and i seperated my ribs. bad deal, keep your arms out!

My first backflip... I the 1st attempt I didn't rotate enough and landed right on my back... The 2nd attempt went better but hurt worse, I rotated more but not enough and landed on my face... The 3rd attempt I stomped it.... It's scary but its hella sweet

^ha! that was me, i am a girl... anyways, the second one was acctually my first attempt and i had no idea what i was doing. the last one was bad because i refucked my bad knee and had to be carried off the hill by my friend, it sucked but i was back on the hill the next day huckin backs again

yea i might have to try one this yr into powder. i think i can do one off like a ft ledge on ground, so i think with a nice jump with a good landing i could do it

we had such a sketch jump so my first few attempts ended with my landing on my head then we built a WAY better jump and i stuck it first try.

a friend of mine broke his hand.
i think his thumb come between the pole and the ground. complicated thumb fractur. He couldn't work for more than 3 months. And i know noone, who stucked it the first time. Myself will be added next year. I'll be the first doing it clean the first time at my mountain.

broken nose and concussion.. i only tried it b/c this chick that i liked was there .. it was only us 2 at night and she pissed me off... i landed it perfect the year after.... (it was like 1 week of season left) til this day she wont talk to be about it...

The first time i did it off this natural kindof bump/jump thing on the side of the hill and stuck it first try. they're really eassy, i think i''ve landed them all cept one.
