Rail help

I saw this edit in gear talk and I'm looking to make a rail just like this one. Just was wonderin how it was made, if anybody could help me out I'd appreciate it. Sorry if it's already posted somewhere, I looked through the first couple of pages and didn't see anything.

which rail u talkin about..the small pvc? the metal up rail? or the c-rail?

my bad, meant the flat pvc rail, but i think i figured it out i just didnt know how they atttatched the pvc to the top

They probably lined the pipe up with the board underneath it and then put screws through the board into the pipe. Thats what ive done and it works great

yeah but thats a 2x6 on its side so unless they have 7 or 8 in screws it wouldnt reach. im guessing they went up and in at an angle or drilled a hole in the top and just went through that way, not sure how im going to do it yet

he drilled a big enough hole in the top of the pvc to fit a drill bit through the top and tie the bottom of the pvc down. look at the build a pvc box sticky thread, it explains what i mean
