Tall tee longsleeve/ Tall tee

ok... I have decided to get a tall tee in 4xl so it's about the middle of my lab...
but what size does my tall tee longsleeve have to be, when I wear it above my tall tee....though I still want to see my tall tee in 4xl?...
I know it's a complicated question... but I hope u guys can help me :)
