Replying to attn: NS.com chef's and gourmets

Sushi kicks ass. Plain and simple. I wanna learn how to make it myself. Does anybody have any good sushi recipes? My favorite sushi would have to be either a California roll or a sunshine roll. I also wanna try cooking with ahi (sp?) - a variety of tuna that's supposed to be real good. So yeah, post your favorite sushi or recipe or cooking idea that will impress my girlfriend.
