i have to disagre with 1 and 3.. i like to chose which cut of meat i want. a women will prob go with a lean cut with poor marbling. and i have a very strict rule with how i dry rub my meat(haa ha yeah its funny) and when i use other rubs that are not dry. and also when i make skewered meats or and veggies stuffed peppers or mushrooms. so i really like to control the main food. and also whoever house it is they are the grill master UNLESS they relequish the duty to another competent grill master
like when it comes to using a smoker or a pit it takes alot of time and work. man job
now thats just with steaks.. but like hot dogs and hamburgers yeah those rules apply. unless you went out to a cronic german delictessin and got some amazing pork and veal bockwurst! then shit
