any film directed or played by Takeshi Kitano

any film directed by Hayao Miyazaki

and some should check the Japanese anime scene, caus' there are so many gems there.. Akira been one of them.

the lovely bones!!! havent read the book, but the movie was fucking amazing. they did such a good job on the like inbetween world that the young girl was in for alot of the movie.

I just finish watching 1997's Spanish film "Abre los ojos" (Open Your Eyes) and it's now easily in my top 20 mindfuck movies. Right when I thought I had everything figured out, the film completely turned itself on me. If you don't mind reading subtitles, this is a must watch ... especially if you have nothing against seeing a very nude Penelope Cruz. 5 out of 5.

Fight Club!!! yeah a few people already said it, but seriously, i just saw it for the first time, and holy shit was it amazing. Watching it again is just as awesome, youll realize what everthing meant.
