good luck finding it but "Gingerbread Man" is by far the most mindfucked movie I've seen.  Its about this guy who's daughter got abducted for kiddie porn, and now he goes around and fucks these perverts up, like literally kills them I believe he is on the run currently.

Yah  A Scanner Darkly and Requiem For Dream are both super fucked movies, Scanner is set in the future with this crazy drug that pretty much everyone addicted too, and Requiem just follows the lives of these hard drug users and they slowly get more and more fucked.
