Polarized Filters for Gopro?

So after filming with my GoPro, I've noticed that during cloudy, overcast days, the quality of the footage comes out much better than that of a sunny day. There is a very high exposure and the image contrast is not very good. I was wondering if anyone has bought a type of filter for their camera and if it made a big improvement? Thanks

Yeah, I hate it when I can't see the snow on my videos! Especially in flat light, but I guess I can't even see it in person...

try adjusting the spot metering and also shooting in r3? whatever one is 60fps, that mode tends to work better in the sun.

A polarized filter or a straight up polarized lens would be awesome though.

you can also edit your video on your computer to make the contrast and brightness levels different

I got a Polar Pro Filter for like $10
It actually works pretty well I think their site is http://www.goprolens.com

why do you want a polarized lens, sure the snow may look a bit better(although that can be adjusted after) but everything else is just amazing on a sunny day, everything is washed out on non sunny days, and just looks boring.

that is a lot more impressive than i thought it would be, i thought it would darken the rest of the landscape more, gonna try editing the original to see if i can get it decently like that.
