after emailing two company email adresses, talking on facebook with an employee, i still haven't figured out how to go about exchanging or, at this point, returning..
also, you are the company, you make it happen. the contact info on your site doesn't work, an email address given to me personally over the phone by your employee doesn't work, and asking for information on how to exchange a product from an employee who contacted me first didn't work.
what am i supposed to do now?
are you telling me that messaging a red name on NS is the best way to contact your company? because that is not what a gathered from the "contact us" section on your website..
