I'm trying to learn 540's, but my rotation is too slow. Anyone give me some tips on how to rotate them clean?

Go bigger. Look over your shoulder. Don't spread yer legs out at 360. If you won't make it, desperately turn your feet around to get the extra rotation. Get comfy wid it.

jesus, why do you need help with it, all you do is spin 540 degree's, no secrets just go 180 degree's further than a 360

Umm oo and 540s are jsut about goin out and doin it look over your shoulder and go for it most likey u arent spinnin fast enough becuz ur scered

When I need to huck my meat, I tend to point my tips in just a little bit(when they are spread apart) this allows me to get some edge hold while I throw it. So basically wind up with your feet shoulder width apart, then huck the shizzul, make sure you are lookin' over your shoulder too(as stated before).
