Love it so far. For around $550, I've been happy with it. Every once in a while you will run into ca with it, but it's nothing that's very noticeable. It would be more of an issue with photos anyways.

Could have, but the HPX doesn't preserve detail nearly as well as the 7d does. It's hard to tell on vimeo.

whats the difference between the 7d and t2i? i looked at the specs for video and stuff and they're exactly the same

The main difference is in photo features and the 7D is weather sealed. never held a T2i but my 7D feels real solid and durable but I do not want to test that.
