Replying to Using vinyl lattice fence panels for summer set up?

i just got back from lowes and was pretty pumped they had all the shit i needed for a summer set up. So the question is what is better to use vinyl lattice fence panels, or outdoor green carpet? Is the out door carpet just as good as astro turf, or no? Im just trying to figure out what is better to use.
