owner's name is Ali she is super cool! I've been talking with her a lot lately and this gear seems like's it's going to be ultimate cross between functionality and style. She working with a bigger company out of portland so expect some quality shit! I can't wait till samples are done!

Ahhh, the time of year when everyone tries to start a company. Can't wait to see how many of these half baked ideas and drawings end up being legitimate. My guess...1 out of 50.

I love how people start hyping a company that does not have a website or any product. Are we scraping the bottom of the hype barrel when we get excited about this type of stuff? Maybe we should start hyping companies that are not yet even conceived but could be formed by someone with creative potential.

Was the line art for FlyZone outerwear done in MS Paint? It looks awful.

Yeah, call me a hater...maybe I am...or maybe I am sick of even acknowledging the fact that not even 5 business that started on NS could legitimately be called a success in the 10+ years the site has been around. Meanwhile I have fallen in the trap of getting excited about everything from Enom to Siver Cartel and they had even had real products for multiple seasons and a real team.

But yeah I agree. They got called out about it, and it seems they have A LOT of backing from pros and what not. They sound legit, but of course well see what happens. Hoping for the best.

If you would read the facebook, it says CONCEPT  COMPANY.

I originally started the facebook page to get feedback from friends, and before I knew it I was getting 50+ friend requests a day. I am working with a company that has worked with a lot of other big companies, and I trust they are going to do quality work. The drawings look horrible you fuck because they are uploaded to facebook HELLOOOO. I also did not go to college for graphic design AND they are concept ideas, obviously I didn't put a lot of detail in them. The idea of the facebook was never to sell anything.

Never once have I endorsed this company as anything but a concept. I am in the process of fine tuning my business plan and I am getting the 50k business loan within the next week. Shortly thereafter I will be signing the first legitimate contract with LKW asap after. And yes, it is being endorsed by a lot of pros because I'm in the industry.

As far as this being the time of year to start a business, anyone with a brain would start one this time of the year. It's the off season and then we have time to have product around the time the season starts back up. It's called strategy, I went to college for business.

Go complain to a company that is being started by an uneducated immature 12-year-old such as yourself, who rants about things that are illegitimate and misconceived. That, or at least get the right information before you open your mouth.

I never asked for "hype", clearly I am doing something right to still be in the start-up phase and already getting some.

P.S.

NS has gone to shit when it comes to support and stoke. If you are so passionate about skiing and the industry maybe you should start showing it. Take your negative attitude elsewhere and maybe use it to accomplish some things in life... like starting your own business that is completely 100% legitimate from the get-go without ever using any half-baked ideas and be successful.

I am accepting constructive criticism and feedback from riders before I put my outerwear in production, I feel that is the most beneficial strategy to my company. Then maybe my outerwear won't look like an astronaut suit on crack... just sayin.

Awesome to see this bumped! The dream is still alive!

Unfortunately I did have to put this on hold...

A few weeks before things were going to go into production I found out I had a tumor near my lower spine. Since then I have had surgery to remove it twice but it's back for a 3rd time... Due to my health condition I lost my loan, and now due to the shitty economy, I haven't been able to get it back.

My parents house was also hit twice by a tornado this summer (stupendous luck), so they were unable to help me get it back.

In my mind, it was God's way of telling me it just wasn't time. I'm still young though, so I'm not in any kind of hurry. Besides, I'm starting to get noticed in the industry as a rider, so I'm going to see where my skiing goes before I sign off my life to a full-time career.
