Vimeo Upload Help

Ok so I filmed in HD and my export settings are:

Compression Type: H.264

Frame Rate: 30 fps

Key Frames: 24

Data Rate: 5000 kbits/sec

Dimensions: 1280x720

and its only 2:30 long and it still is coming up as 700 mb whcih is till to big for vimeo. Is there any other settings I should have or another method I can try? +K Thanks

set your bit rate lower (3000 should be enough)

OR

don't limit the bit rate and set it between medium and high quality (on the little drag-bar)
