Anyone have a good website or template they could PM me? I took a shift off work saying I injured my head in rugby earlier in the day.

Yup. It doesn't need to actually have a doctors sig on it, it just has to look legit; like it came FROM a doctors office.

If you could, go to your doc's and walk up to the reception lady and tell her that you are gonna miss work because of a rugby hit, but you are not really in need of a doctor's help.

I used to make doctors notes to get out of school. One time I made one and put Dr. Oetker as my personal doctor.
