Fellow Newschoolers, I call upon you to unite and wield your awesome abililty to win contests. But this is no contest, this is a nationally recognized award. The Lowe's Senior Class Award is presented to the most outstanding and deserving recipient. And Cory just so happens to be the most deserving. I can't explain in every detail about how deserving he is, I'd write a 20 minute read for you guys. But let me put it this way, in all my years knowing him, he's never done anything without being exceptional at it. People around him often say he's a child of God, for he remains so strong after having to bear through so much suffering. He recently just lost his mother to terminal cancer, and his sister suffers from down syndrome. Yet he makes the most of the situation at hand, and thrives to his utmost potential. Oh, and he was an All-American in baseball too.
