ive done a couple different test boosters, different types of creatine, N.O. supplements (not NO xplode), natural growth hormone booster, and if u consider el glutamine, leucine, amino acids, and protein supplements.
protein protein protein, amino acids, creatine is good if u use it correctly, and the test boosters i took, T-bomb 2, Prime, and the one im takign now which is a test, natural growth hormone booster is called powerfull, to be honest i dont think ill take any of them again, i dont feel much of a difference at all really. The best things u can take are protein and amino acids, and diet is crucial to put on size
