Baseball gloves?

I've used the same glove, an a2000, since 4th grade, so i'm due for a new glove. I play 3rd, 2nd and pitch( I'll use my closed web a2000 for pitching still). I've narrowed my choices down to an 11.5" a2k and an 11.5" primo.I really can't decide. I was wondering what your previous experiences were with these gloves or any other glove.

wilsons are nice. but rawlings heart of the hide. or if you have 500 bucks get a primo

also the rawlings sandlot series. they are mad cheap and mine broke in fast

i still have my custom a2000 since 5th grade and i play third base. i couldn't be happier with it, i'm defiantly going to keep it until it rips. i have a primo 11.5 in for pitching too. i really prefer a2000's over any thing though they break in really nice and can take a hell of a beating

how big are you?  do you like small gloves or larger gloves?  Do have naturally quick hands, or is the exchange something that is a weak pt?  For 3rd i like something around 12" just cause you don't need super quick hands, but for second i like an 11.5-11.75.  Also, pretty much all gloves will be fine as long as it is good quality...just make sure that you don't oil it too much, or artificially break it in too much cause floppy gloves are fairly useless.  Honeastly i don't understand why people like such small gloves, i mean when you are turning 2 (short or 2nd) you catch the ball in the palm not the webbing or pocket anyways, so its not like you need to dig in your glove to find it. 

I would suggest a modified trap-eze type webbing just cause it can be a pain in the ass to tighten ub the laces when your H or I web gets loose.  Also you can use the modified trap-eze for pitching. 

NEVER EVER EVER get a closed web as and infield glove, it sill not break in right.

I used to play outfield with this tiny glove I found. It was mad old. Super broken in but so small. I just moved so nicely though. Super fun. I think I still have it somewhere. Wouldn't have worked for when I used to play SS on a real team though

I'm 5'8" 130 lbs. I don't like very small gloves or overly big gloves, 11.5" is ideal for me. I usually have a quick transfer

Get a Nokona. The Primo is overpriced, by a lot. If you want to stay with Rawlings and Wilson get a pro preferred.

i don't wanna use an 11 and a quarter at third. Im considering a nokona and an a2k because it seems like the primos not worth it.

11 and a quarter tpx omaha series, best glove i ever had, i bought an a3000 exoskeleton glove when my tpx was dead, i fuckin hated it, i used the tpx glove from 7th grade until i graduated, best glove ever, it was either 11 and a quarter or 11.5, i played short and 2nd, blew my shoulder out so i couldnt pitch anymore.

i just got an SAF pro infielders glove in december for my birthday.     Im still working it in but ive used my brother's and its a really nice glove,   he's on his second now playing for ECC in buffalo.
check them out,   I play 2nd and some 3rd as well and this glove is gonna be helpful since i havent had a new glove in a while

When I played back in HS (2002 OMG), I got an A2000 (Pudge Rodriguez pro model. Claim) new my junior year. I was a catcher, so my glove took more abuse than any other glove on the team, and that thing held up like a champ. To this day it still looks like brand new. Sometimes the newest technology and most expensive glove, doesn't mean it's the best. If your last A200 was a great glove, why change it up?

wilson a2k, rawlings pro preferred or hoh, mizuno classic pro xx are all good. i use an a2k for my regular glove and a pro preferred for catching

Sorry, I didn't mean the exact same glove. Just saying that your A2000 was a solid glove for you for a number of years (and is a hell of a glove overall). Me personally, if I find something I'm stoked on, and it's a good product (Airblaster, Union, 32 boots) I'll keep supporting those companies til they let me down. My A2000 never let me down.

rawlings heart of hide. i personally like them better than pro preferred ones. the primos are sick but sorta takes a little bit to break in good. if you are going to get a wilson go with a a2k and not a2000. both are good. i play 3rd and pitch and glove is 11.5 and i would never want to go smaller. those are my favorite ones out there.
