Ok,  so next year i am getting new skis, bindings, and boots. These are my specs

 I am about 5"9-5"10

wiegh about 147lbs

have a size 11 shoe

spend about 90% in park and 10% othershit

live on the east coast

I am looking for a ski that is buttery but wont suck nuts on big stuff. I have looked into the Anthem, Afterbang, Alpha 1-2, Ar6 and masterminds. What would be the best?SHhould i wait until next year to purchase?

For boots and bindings i am looking for something that is flexy(boots) and is durabkle in the park (binding and boot)

i have basiclly all the same specs as you excpet i weigh like 5 more pounds get thalls there sick with rails and can hold up pretty well on jumps and butter aorund well overall a great ski would def reccomend

get 177 abangs (next years 177's are purple (DOPE)) with the look pivots or rossi fks bindings and full tilt hot doggers/wallisch pro models

AR6+Marker Griffon/Jester+SPK Kaos...but will probably wait a little bit to get brand new stuff next season Bindings are probably much cheaper now so if looking for things on sale now is the time(i think)

Allways get shit thats from last season, I doesnt really mae that much of a difference since its new and u wait til later in the season wen it goes on sale then u get the reviews and see whats good and whats not. And not to mention but its ALOT FUCKING CHEAPER.

By the way since it is end of the season try to get em online...Just go to near by shops that has the stuff you want to get and check them out if you like it or not and then just find a website and buy them on internet for much cheaper price and recommend you try on as many boots as you can since you will suffer from boot squeezing your feet if they dont fit you well

I'd go with AR6 in 176 with fks 140's or 120's if you can find them online (probably your best bet, you can get 120's for dirt cheap, and they are great bindings) Anthems, afterbangs and masterminds are all price point skis by line so they all have the extruded base, which doenst hold wax as well is is just lesser quality. alpha 1/2 are great skis from what I hear, but they are actually pretty stif, but the rocker probably makes them easier to butter, you might like them, but I wouldnt get them, I like a ski with some width to it, they are quite narrow. AR6 are great skis, a great medium flex thats easy to butter but still big enough for big jumps. People were sending the JOSS jump on them. oh and back to bindings Dont get px12's, dont get jesters or griffons. They are both ok while they last... but then they fall apart in half a season because they are plastic pieces of crap. Deadbolt 15's would be a great choice too. Super underrated bindings.

As far as boots go,  just get what fits, and be ready to spend some money haha. I have full tilts and love them but that doenst mean they will fit you, so try on a bunch of different pairs at a shop and get the one that feels the best.

ya i think they look super solid and sick. they would deffinitly be worth the wait. but i think you could get this years thalls cheaper. they are a nice fun buttery ski that are also super light, if you can find them cheap they are a solid ski for sure. as for bindings i think the marker jesters or fks 140 would be perfect, as they are both lightweight yet durable bindings. boots=bootfitter, whatever is comfy and you can get a softer tongue for whatever boot you like

Matter of fact Colorado Freeskiers have AR6 for 299? i think or it s plus minus 50 so..definately check them out

if u like line then i recommend chronic cryponites,can butter easy but dont wash out on big jumps,light and at 93 at waist they are surprisingly really good on rails.

dont get abangs u probably need the the alpha 1's cause the are perfect for buttering with the rocker, they are still stiff underfoot to stomp jumps, they are extremely durable and even though they have rocker they are super light and should fit your profile. For bindings go with pivots/fks, just because they will save your knees, they are very durable, but the downside is that they are slightly heavy but its the price you pay for safety.
