Honestly, kids in Gear Talk only get dumber and dumber. You double posted and your question is SO vague. Goggles, like many things in skiing, are all dependent on fit. Go to your local shop and try on some Electrics, and then try on some Oakleys. Whatever fits you best is what is best for you. As far as quality goes, I have never owned a pair of Electric goggles, so I have no input, but Oakley's quality is great and my Oakleys have yet to fog.
My friend has IOs, and hates them. They fog every single time he puts them on, and stay that way the entire day no matter what he does. The only good part is the easily removeable lense. My other friend and i have Crowbars, and they are money. I have only fogged mine once, which was only a little tiny bit when I had to hike 50 yards up a steep hill in chest deep pow to search for a lost ski. That being said, the EG2s seem super sick.
All the electrics I have ever owned fog very easily... especially the eg2 (it looks cool but not very functional) My IOs are my google of choice and have only ever fogged when I get water in-between the lens and the frame, which is super easy to deal with once you know how. VZ fogs on me also and didn't fit well. Never worn Oakleys because they don't fit my face.
Maybe they don't fit his face? Oakleys and Smiths are about the highest quality you can get. There are other companies up there, but those are about the biggest. The real killer is Smith's warranty, it is second to none.
I honestly have no feedback about Electric, but they seem to be all about flashy colours, and while they might also have bomber construction, that leads me to believe that looks are high priority.
and as mentioned above; electric does make quality stuff; the EG2 is hands down the coolest looking goggle at the moment (my opinion) but it has a very specific fit and tends to fog...
was gonna rate you a 10 but it was already there. i swear the "reply" button should say "have you really thought about what you are about to post?" instead.
oakleys are probly better but they are expensive. they do give you really good peripheral vision though and its cool to trade parts with people and custom make your c-bars.
