I made my mum a picture frame, and put a picture of the two of us inside it. I also bought her a small chocolate bar, which is a special treat for her because she's diabetic. Mums usually like pictures, especially of their kids.

Mothers Day cuts into my sleeping time... At ten o'clock this morning, my mum went into the back yard to wake me up. I sleep with my window open, and since she couldn't open my bed-room door to wake me up, she decided that yelling at me from outside would work best.
Mum: 'You need to get up! Now!'
Me: 'Wha?'
Mum: 'Now!!!'
Me: 'What time is it??'
Mum: 'Ten o'clock!'
Me: 'I'm going back to sleep.'
