that was pretty dope sir. I'm getting super stoked to get out to the cliff because i finally got flips and corks off of the platform this year. I'm pretty scared because my backies have started sketching the hell out off anything but a diving board, but either way i'm stoked for the cliffs

I hiked for three hours to a new cliff jumping spot last weekend only to find that the river was five feet deep at its deepest. Very disappointing. Not a good start to cliff jumping season.

sucks cause the water in oregon is still cold and it seems that winter is back.!

depending on how high the cliff is, you can bruise your feet pretty badly. anything over 30 i usually throw on at least a pair of sandals

At least you had shoes on, well for a second. Nice edit. I haven't been doing to much the last couple years. Theres a pretty big bridge that I'll probably end up doing this year. It's over a reservoir so as long as the water height is legit it's golden. Just sucks cause you have to swim a long ass ways after. Some idiots died off it last year but it's not an area thats patrolled so it's still golden.

Thank you!!! This is so key! I'm meeting my friend who lives there so she already knows most of the spots, some of them you can only get to by boat and stuff, but I will definitely show her this! So stoked to try the rope swing!

that's fucked up man. +vibes for that.

a friend of mine was cliff jumping in honduras last summer when he landed head first on a submerged log. he was instantly paralyzed from the neck down. it's actually a miracle he lived.

But at the same time skiing can injure you just as bad, now i dont do anything nearly as big as what is in this video but if you really scout your spot and make sure the landing is good everything can be alright. But still be careful!

my friends were just kinda dumb about it.
they were jumping from a spot they had no prior knowledge of without checking out the water underneath first. plus he dove in head first, which as a general rule is just a big nono
