well I just spend 4 months skiing in Niseko and left 5 days ago so you are in luck. Im 6'3 193 pounds
I had 3 skis with me
189 K2 hellbent (centermount)= Amazing in powder and can hold its own for the crud but on ice it can get a little hairy unless you have the strength to back up your skiing. If you get a big dump there is nothing like it, so much floatation and it is effortless to turn. Great for switch in powder too but it is a lot of weight to be swinging around going switch on groomers and you really feel the chatter. I took it into the park a couple times but it was rather heavy but redic fun for butters. Although for his weight im not sure if it would be a good pick.
179 Line anthem (centermount)= Unreal for switch skiing/butters. Very solid ski for park riding and box/rails were a breeze on them. I also found them to be a pretty light ski so they were great for jibbing on the groomers/ off the sides of the runs when we didn't get those deep dumps that seem to come almost daily. They were ok in powder with the 93 waist but they were much more work and I had to ride them really back seat to keep the tips up. In crud/ couple day old powder they were great too although I do like a softer ski that I like to ski aggressively and on the edge of my seat.
181 T-hall (centermount)= Sooooooooooooooo shitty in powder i cannot even begin to explain. Super fun in the park and jibbing around on the runs. Very poppy so they are nice to just cruse and jump off/ spin off/ tap anything in your path. They are somewhat stiff-ish..... atleast in comparison to the anthems (basically everything is) and they handle at speed in most conditions very well and could maintain an edge with minimum chatter.
Depends on what time of year but for your size and wight i would suggest the JJ. Hellbent if you really feel like you can handle it.
Hope everything goes well for ya and enjoy the pow!!!!
