ok so here's my two sense of the situation
Spain is a good team but torres is questionable to play in the opener for spain, and you cant just come back off an injury and dominate so spain has lost there big weapon. Fabregas has questionable fitness and he could be a problem. And when you lose 2-0 to a good but not great USA team, you will be questioned
England is a good team but the were unable to qualify for Euro Cup '08 so thats one thing to look at. Rooney's is injured but will be back, BUT as i said earlier you cant just come off an injury and dominate. Shawcross, even though not a big name, is most likely not going to be playing and that is a lose.
Germany is a good team but Ballack is old, he isnt as dominte as in the past and he will not be a hge factor. Adler, the first choice for goalkeeper, is not going to be able to play because of repair to his ribs so that is a lose and I just dont see Germany as a huge powerhouse anymore.
Argentina has a lot of talent but they qualified fourth from South America. Messi is one of the best players in the world but he cant perform internationally and Tevez is good but not great. Messi is their star and if he cant perform and just take defenders away from other players around him, the team cant win.
Brazil is Brazil, what else can i say? they dominate constantly but for some reason, my gut is telling me that they will slip up one game and it will end it for them.
So who's left you might ask? Well it is none other than Clockwork Orange!!! they might not have star names but all around they are a very solid team and they will pull it out. they are currently ranked third in the world so you cant count them out but the only problem i can really see for them before the finals is brazil and it WILL be a problem. i believe they will pull it out however and win it all for the first time.
