Depends on what bc she's taking, whether it's low-estrogen or not, her whole body may go up a couple sizes. Some girls gain weight when taking the pill/shot/ring, girlfriend of mine gained 40lbs. Also just depends on her genetics/chemistry, don't want to rain on your parade here but doesn't always happen. If she gets mean mood swings before her period she might mellow out some too.
