my b. either way edit was repetitive even my bud who i just mentioned thought it was especially after just watching a bunch of edits from the "post your favorite edit of all time" or whatever its called that's on the front page of SG. woulda liked a shortened version better.

and your point is... the hesher snowboarders arent starting a new thing like your saying. theyre just following in the footsteps of the pro heshers. the only difference from skiing to boarding is that skiers basically only have one direction to follow in(being tall tees and all that gangsta stuff). snow boarding has a few, but the kids who dress the same arent doing anything new or exciting.

basically what im trying to say is that snowboarders arent "doing what they want to do" they're just following in the footsteps of some pro

you most definetaly do have that option in skiing:

creative stuff:
meatheads, TC, anthing andy parry or will wesson (those work for urban slayage also), edits like logan imlach's superunknown

smooth stuff:
anything with lolo or candide in it or any of those type skiers

super tech doubles n stuff:
most of the big name ski movies and edits

Am I the only one who is completely missing the point on what Ashbury is doing. I mean, really? double flat lens goggles that are ugly as hell? There's a reason people use spherical lenses now days.

this thread is fucking dumb. why do we ski or ride? cuz its fuckin fun. cuz we can all bring a little bit different style and look to it. we can individualize it just a little bit. we can be creative with it.
