Clicking sound in my ear when running

So I was running today and everything was going alright then on the way back I random started to hear like a clicking sound in my ear. I wound stop and the sound would be a little quieter but still going. It would eventually stop but start up again as soon as I started running. Just wondering if this is anything serious? it's pretty annoying and happens sometimes when i'm walking too

a lot of time exerting yourself hard builds some form of pressure in your head and your ears will start popping and stuff causing clicking noises. i get it after hard erg workouts a lot of the time...but this is provided you're running really hard and tiring yourself out
