Got the word last week that i got a job at the town! (government job)

work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, and get 15$ an hour. stokkedddd.

well, i'm continuing my shitty job of washing dishes, cleaning, and making pizza at a local gourmet grocery store. on top of that i'm a day-camp counselor for kids going into first grade, now that is the easiest job in the world.

Cooking probably be making 11-12 an hour. I work lunch so im off around 300 everyday and I get well fed. Im looking forward to this summer.

1. Mowing the lawn for my rich ass neighbors who pay me $60 bucks each time I do it and I just sit on a riding mower for like an hour... about $600 dollars a summer

2. Working the counter at the diner near my house. $8.50 an hour, couple nights a week, about $400 a summer

3. Doing dishes and occasionally making pastries at a restaurant near my hoouse, $8.00 an hour, also just a couple days a week. About $400 a summer.

Projected income including random odd jobs for my rich neighbors who go away all summer to their ranch in Montana would be around $2000 for the summer. This really isn't that much when you're dad makes money owning a law firm in the city near my town but still makes me pay for gas and insurance for a car that my siblings and i pooled our money for along with buying any ski gear to replace non-broken stuff and eating out with friends....

end rant... shits expensive and jobs are hard to get

I own and operate a landscaping/construction/painting business at my lake. There's a lot of rich people that dont want to maintain their cottages so I do pretty much everything. Usually have about 10 people working for me throughout the summer.

I end up making around $15,000 a summer (4 months).

Then back to university in the fall and the money usually lasts me until the next season.

I was offered a job as a hostess (I was going for waitress, and I have experience apparently they just want me up front though)
I applied for a job doing GIS work for forestry, but one of my guy friends got it.
I'm hoping to get a job at the Hot Springs again, three ten hour days a week, 13.55 for the first 4.5 hours and 14.05 for the second 6.5 hours.
I'm also hoping to get the census job that I applied for.

And if all else fails I can go work for my dad doing stumping, but I really don't want to sit in an excavator for 12 hours a day.

Server at Steak n Shake. get a good $3.75 an hour + tips so ive been averaging around $10 an hour through the winter so that should go up to between 13 to 15 an hour and thats cash money in my pocket$
