What are opinions of the above skis for 70/30 all mountain to park?
6'2" 190 pounds
186cm tall
Leaning towards the S3 due to early rise tip and tail but are they too soft?
as ARV owner might be somewhat biased and I have pretty much the same physical specs(184cm 195lbs)
super nice to ride around the backcountry and hitting some cliffs and pillows it floats really well and they are strong enough to handle harcore buttering however Armada's midsole is 2-3cm behind the true centre but i had no problem with riding switch or landing switch....yet...edges on them are tanks they held up with some rock and sand from not getting any snow in January and Febuary...(Salomon Suspect's edge gave up in that condition-same year as mine)
S3...i dont know very well but i ve heard they float really nice and initiates turn smooth and clean in deep powder and for park aspect of it....never seen one in park....
