Tired of Rodeo 5s

I agree! any kid can go out and throw a rodeo 5 these days, i don't care if you do them with a bow and arrow grab or whatever... leave them out of edits

i'm just tired of them with japans cuz that's what everyone seems to do with rodeo 5s. criticals, mutes, blunts, etc... keep em coming.

I agree to an extent..but a couple years ago rodeo 5's and 7's from vanular were my favorite trick. Especially the shifty rodeo he threw in either shanghai six or LSS?

Yeah they might be a little played but I still love to watch them. Done well they are just such a smooth stylie trick that is fun to watch. Especially in some amateur edits most big spin tricks start to look the same, but tricks like rodeos allow riders to add a lot of there own flavor and make them look good.

That being said I think the best edits have a whole variety of tricks, but if I had to choose I'd rather watch a clean rodeo than an iffy nine any day.

I see more cork 7 blunts then i see any trick. With the exception of k-feds and 2 pretz 2's. I dont see why you give a fuck if there is a shot in an edit, its a trick. Why would you tell people to stop puttin it in edits.

Im pretty sick of blunts so people should just stop grabbing blunt cause it gets boring.

I remember back in the day I thought rodeo 5s were the dopest trick out there and I made it a goal of mine to someday learn them.  Now I learned them and they aren't hotttt anymore...*sigh* :(.

im sick of them as in -

everyone at my hill can do them except me. but i pwn them all at rails. so it evens out. kind of annoying but whatever. kind of unrelated but. i hate how everyone is good at air tricks. rails are cooler though. yup. anyone else not like jumps? rails? i suck at air.

Same here. I haven't gotten to the point where I am sick of them, I think there a cool trick. But what I am sick of is the lack of progression out of Dumont. A few years ago, he was by far my favorite skier, but now all I see is misty 7's, switch 3's, and cork 10's. Kinda getting old IMO

i disagree but maybe its just where I ski... I learned cork 7 well before I learned rodeos well, so maybe it's just my perception but I feel like a lot more people can do solid cork 7s than solid rodeo 5s

There are so many tricks everybody can do.  Like cork 7, cork 9, misty 7, switch 9, should all those be left out of edits?  I agree there are a lot of rodeo 5's in edits but a clean steezy rodeo 5 is sick.

i hope people can come to the realization that there are plenty of tricks that everyone can do (i.e. rodeo's, cork 7's and 9's, cab 9's, 10's etc.) but a lot of it has to do with how well you can do your tricks and how good your grabs are, how good the axis is and all that.

that being said, i don't think anyone will stop doing rodeos because you're tired of them. but this is NS, so you never know
