Suggestions on a steezy rain coat/jacket

So i have searched all around and i haven't quite come across a nice good old quality rain coat/jacket. Anyone have any suggestions on a coat/jacket just for RAIN like a rain shell of some sort. Relatively cool colors and a slightly taller fit.
Please don't recommend a straight up ski jacket or a poncho (which works fine i know, blah blah blah). Thanks a lot! +k

i got one of these and cut it off at the knees and wore it on wet days. it worked well.
