What is good summer practice for doing aerial spins and flips? I've been practicing doing spins and flips on the trampoline, how well will this translate into skiing? What is the best way to practice and improve my park skiing without actually skiing? I'm building a backyard rail setup, but I want to work on aerials.
Also, what's the best sport/exercise? I mountain bike a lot, what else is gonna get my legs ready for next season?
