Replying to I hate being a minor...
So you will come to a point in life if you have not already where you want to do something to enjoy yourself, and find something that you can do to remove yourself from the video game, television, and computer filled world that we call our homes. Recently I have come to the realization that I have constantly been looking at cameras, waiting for that one deal, etc., etc., etc., until this point where I've fallen upon a camera that I have been looking at for a couple years now. Unfortunately when I started looking at this tank of a video camera I was a wee lass with not a penny to my name so I just admired it from afar and through edits. Here I am today 3 years older with a job which is supplying me with a sufficient amount of money where I will have enough to purchase this time capturing machine. The equation is quite simple. I make money, I put money in the bank, I save money, I work more, I deposit more money, and so on and so forth. The hard part is that since I'll be 17 in 20 days, and in order to withdraw money I need to be exactly a year and 20 days older in order to do it without the signature of father. My argument being that it will be like everything else I pick up, whether it be a sport such as skiing which I fund or playing guitar which I was able to pick up after hours and hours on end of sitting in my room and teaching myself how to play; I stick with them. I would be using the camera year round for skiing, bmx, nature, and time lapse edits as another hobby that will give me an excuse to get outside and cut down on time being indoors. The camera I am referring to is the vx1000 and the cost is half of what is being asked by most sellers. If any of you have anything to say about the camera that you enjoy to help support my argument it would be much appreciated. Hopefully it will be able to back up the information I have already gathered from scouring the internet for reviews.
